Build a calm and consistent pelvic floor routine with guided Kegel exercises for women. Short sessions combine clear timing, breathing cues, gentle contractions and complete relaxation, so you always know what to do next.
CHOOSE A PATH THAT FITS YOU
Set up a personal plan for everyday pelvic floor care or choose a gentle return after birth. The after-birth path is intended only for women who have discussed returning to pelvic floor exercise with a qualified healthcare professional. You can change the path or session length later.
SHORT GUIDED SESSIONS
Choose a 3, 5 or 8 minute pelvic floor workout. Each session guides you through preparation, slow holds, full release, short contractions, rest and a calm cooldown. On-screen instructions remain available throughout the workout. Optional sound, vibration and your device's system voice can support every phase.
A PLAN THAT BUILDS A ROUTINE
Follow a six-stage foundation with a clear session for today. The program favors comfortable technique and consistency instead of maximum force or harder levels. Pause when needed, save an unfinished session for later that day, or repeat a completed workout at your own pace. After the foundation, a maintenance stage helps you keep a sustainable rhythm.
PROGRESS WITHOUT PRESSURE
See your current stage, weekly consistency and total completed sessions. There are no invented health scores. After a session, optional feedback lets you mark it as easy, comfortable, difficult or painful. If you report pain, the plan pauses and reminds you to seek appropriate professional advice before returning.
LEARN THE TECHNIQUE
Read practical guidance about finding a gentle squeeze and lift, breathing normally, relaxing completely and avoiding common mistakes. Additional topics cover returning after a pause, knowing when to seek help, a careful return after childbirth and optional movements outside the guided plan.
REMINDERS AND CONTROL
Set one neutral daily reminder and choose its time, or turn it off whenever you want. Adjust workout length, sound, vibration and system voice in Settings. Your plan, progress and feedback stay on your device, and you can reset local program data at any time.
Exercise should feel gentle and controlled. Stop if you feel pain, pressure or another worrying symptom. If you are unsure about technique or whether pelvic floor training is appropriate for you, ask a qualified healthcare professional.
